Kauai - Day 14

Another Sunday. We went to the Kalaheo branch again. This week Elder Rasband was there (he and his family are also staying at the Villas. They borrowed some butter from us on Saturday night because Elder Rasband couldn't eat his corn without butter. I don't blame him, I couldn't either) presiding. Elder Herr who gave his farewell talk last week, leaves this week for the MTC and then to Cauzon City in the Philippines, so we got to sing Aloha Oe. I went with Andrew to primary. After church we came back for lunch (pineapple smokies) cooked by James, and then spent the afternoon napping and watching Transformers on TV. Aaron and Christine left for home, too. Joshua, Traci, Mom, Taylor, Andrew, Kathleen and Chantelle went to spouting horn and then to watch the sunset at Beach House. While there, they say Bethany Hamilton, the one armed surfer (they made the movie Soul Surfer based on her story). Peter, Kelly and Michael took Aaron and Christine to the airport. Dad, Michae, Nathan and I stayed here. I wandered down the path to the beach to check out the sunset, but it was cloudy, so only got a few pictures of the sky all pink. Can't believe tonight is our last night here. I love it here so much.
